They said Filminera did not consult them of the project and even treacherously laid the pipes at the time when they were all out attending an official gathering. They also wanted to know why the company, after more than several years of operation in the area, suddenly decided to build a wastewater treatment plant which in the first place should be built at the start of its operations.
